Booking and Payments
1. All bookings made through Journey Junction are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
2. Prices for tours and travel services are subject to change without notice.
3. Payment for bookings must be made in full at the time of reservation.
4. We accept payment through secure online methods. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your booking.
5. Refunds, cancellations, and changes to bookings are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
User Conduct

3. You agree not to disrupt or interfere with the security or accessibility of the website.
4. Participants are expected to adhere to the highest standards of conduct and behaviour during tours, including respecting local customs, laws, and cultural sensitivities.
5. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, including harassment, discrimination, or violence, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
6. Participants are responsible for their own actions and are liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of their misconduct.
Intellectual Property
1. The content, logos, and trademarks displayed on Journey Junction's website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
2. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the website without our prior written consent.
3. Journey Junction reserves the right to take legal action against individuals or entities found to infringe upon its intellectual property rights.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to team@journey-junction.in or through the customer support contact details on the Journey Junction website.
1. Journey Junction reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at its discretion.
2. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 1 days of placing the order.
3. Cancellation requests will be processed during our regular business hours, which are 5 working days of the week (Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST)
4. Requests received outside of regular business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Refund Eligibility
1. Refunds are subject to Journey Junction's cancellation policy and the terms and conditions specified in the booking agreement.
2. Journey Junction reserves the right to determine the eligibility of refunds based on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation.
3. Refunds may be issued for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period, as outlined in the booking confirmation.
Cancellation Fees:
1. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and the type of booking.
2. Participants will be liable for any cancellation fees as stipulated by Journey Junction's policies.
3. Journey Junction retains the right to deduct applicable cancellation fees from the refund amount.
Cancellation Charges
1. If the Outbound Tour or Domestic Tour (within India) is cancelled for any reason what-so-ever, including cases of visa rejection or voluntary cancellation by the User the cancellation charges as mentioned in the brochure or the itinerary will apply. In the absence of any such information, the following cancellation charges will apply:
45 days or more, prior to departure: Booking fees
Between 44 and 31 days of departure: 25% of Tour Cost
Between 30 and 15 days of departure: 50% of Tour Cost
Between 14 and 8 days of departure: 75% of Tour Cost
Within 7days prior to date of departure, or no-show for any reason what-so-ever: 100% of Tour Cost
Refund Processing
1. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the booking within 25 working days.
2. In case of any refunds approved by JOURNEY JUNCTION, it will take 25 Working days for the refund to be processed to you.
3. Journey Junction reserves the right to deduct administrative fees or processing charges from the refund amount.
4. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
Non-Refundable Deposits
1. Some bookings may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
2. Non-refundable deposits are forfeited in full in the event of cancellation, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Force Majeure Events
1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or safety concerns, Journey Junction reserves the right to cancel tours or modify itineraries.
2. Participants understand and accept that Journey Junction will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of force majeure events, including but not limited to cancellation fees, travel expenses, or inconvenience.
Travel Insurance
1. Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to mitigate the risks associated with cancellations and unforeseen events.
2. Journey Junction is not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred by participants due to insufficient or lack of travel insurance coverage.
Exceptions
Exceptions to the cancellation and refund policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Journey Junction.
1. Participants with extenuating circumstances may submit a written request for consideration, which will be evaluated by Journey Junction on a case-by-case basis.
Changes to Booking:
Journey Junction provides flexibility for participants to request changes to their booking, including adjustments to travel dates, itinerary modifications, or accommodation preferences, subject to availability.
1. Participants must submit change requests in writing via email to team@journey-junction.in or through the customer support portal on the Journey Junction website.
2. Journey Junction reserves the right to assess change requests based on availability and operational feasibility, with the primary goal of enhancing the participant's travel experience.
3. Participants are responsible for any additional costs or fees associated with changes to their booking, including but not limited to accommodation upgrades, transportation adjustments, or administrative charges.
4. Journey Junction strives to accommodate change requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for participants.
5. While Journey Junction endeavours to fulfil all change requests, participants acknowledge and accept that changes may be subject to availability and operational constraints.
6. Participants understand and agree that Journey Junction shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from changes to their booking, and waive any claims against the company in this regard.
7. By implementing this cancellation and refund policy, Journey Junction aims to protect its interests while maintaining transparency and fairness in its dealings with participants.
